General Purpose Plywood
Black Cobra offered veneers from high-quality logs are mechanically dried and they undergo a stress relieving process, which are assembled in such a way to form a balanced construction High quality fortified synthetic resins are used for gluing the veneers The glue line is poisoned by special formulations of chemicals to make Black Cobra Plywood safe against borers. It is hot pressed under proper temperature and more. than 16 kg/cm2 specific pressure. Conditioning is done after pressing followed by preservative treatment.
Applications
Partitions and paneling, ceilings in public rooms and corridors, floor underlayment, computers rooms, furniture, bus bodies, railway coaches, milk booths, sign boards, insert in panel doors, storage racks.

Block Board
Black Cobra offers 2 types of Block Board -
1. MR (moisture resistant) Grade Block Board - Black Cobra MR (moisture resistant) Grade Blockboard is moisture resistant and also known as commercial grade blockboard. These are made from selected timbers. Frames and battons are chemically treated with Preservative Chemicals, which makes them borer proof.
2. BWP Grade Block Board - Black Cobra BWP Grade Block Board is a boiling waterproof block board bonded with the best phenol-formaldehyde resin that can endure extreme weather conditions and resist alternate drying and wetting. It is borer and termite proof.
Applications
1. MR (moisture resistant) Grade Block Board - Black Cobra has very high internal strength and is used mainly in the interiors of a home or office. It is suitable for making furniture like kitchen rooftops, wall-mounted cabinets, file cabinets, doors, chairs and tables.
2. BWP Grade Block Board - Black Cobra BWP Grade Block Boards are used primarily in making furniture, partitions, racks/ shelves, shutters etc. It is ideal for application cupboards and load-bearing horizontal panels.
