Adhesive
Water and solvent based adhesives are normally used with plastic laminates. We do not suggest the use of heat activated adhesives. Recommended adhesive to be used while pasting laminate - Probond and Heat-X
Cutting and Installation
These PVC FLEXIBLE Sheets can be easily cut, routed and drilled, with most common wood working tools or equipments. All blades must be sharp to remove any burrs that may occur in cutting process, use a smooth file to feather all corner edges.
Lamination
A clean, dry surface is necessary for adhesive bonding; non porous surfaces as found on metal, plastic and any other material should be degreased, dried and roughened by sanding or chemical etching.
Bending
Use only V-Groove cutter to bend the sheets at 90°, or a Groove of 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm for bending the sheet up to 90°.
Maintenance
Avoid any kind of chemical contact, keep away from sunlight, and protect it from the sharp metal edges to avoid scratches. Remove protective film after installation.
Warranty
Colour shade may vary from one lot to another. Inspect it before cutting or pasting. Company's liability is limited to the cost of the product only.
